Celebrating Our Quarterly Guest Recognition Award Winner
At GLOWstudios, we believe that exceptional guest experiences are created through compassion, dedication, and a genuine desire to help others feel confident. Each quarter, we recognize a team member who exemplifies these values through our Guest Recognition Award, and we're excited to celebrate our latest recipient, Amy Mullins.
Amy was nominated after making a meaningful difference in the life of a guest battling breast cancer. When the guest needed assistance with a wig, Amy didn't hesitate to step outside of her comfort zone. She took the initiative to research wig cutting and styling techniques so she could provide the best possible experience and help the guest feel comfortable and confident.
What could have been just another appointment became something much more—a moment of care, empathy, and support during a difficult time. Amy's willingness to learn, adapt, and put the guest's needs first embodies the heart of what GLOW studios strives to provide every day.
We are incredibly proud of Amy for demonstrating that outstanding service isn't just about technical skill—it's about listening, caring, and going the extra mile to make someone feel seen and valued.
